Simple joy – Finding biscuits (as the Hong Kong people call them) that are dairy-free and egg-free in a supermarket in Hong Kong. As I was waiting in line to check out in International, I picked these up and took a look. I never expected them to be vegan, especially the generic brand from the store. To my surprise, these malkist lemon flavored sandwiches contain no egg or milk powder.
Score. Bought two.
