Most people know or have tried a B.L.T. before. This basic sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes is quite familiar to American meat eaters. My veggie version of a B.L.T. is A.L.T. – Avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes. It’s simple to make at home and easy to order at a cafe too. I built this sandwich myself at the Mall Cafe in The Salisbury, YMCA of Hong Kong.

It’s yummy, nutritious, and satisfying. Try it out. I’m sure you’ll like it too.
