Not all writers and editors understand and embrace the green, technology, and veganism bits. I adore Time Out Hong Kong for different reasons. This is one of them: The TOHK staff said in the January 2013 issue that “food trends get healthy – HongKongers are starting to embrace organic fare and this year we will see greens push their way to centre stage.” Vegetables are one of the 2013 buzz in Hong Kong.
