I saw this posted a couple of times by my friends on Facebook a while ago. Thought I’ll post this as I have recently met some new friends and there were questions/doubts/concerns about what vegans eat. Besides animal products, god has created an amazing selection of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, and grains that are both wholesome and delicious. We do eat good and no, we don’t need to eat beef to get iron or chicken to get protein, contrary to popular belief by doctors.
