I was writing about sharks and shark fins yesterday. Subconsciously, I ordered shark fins at dinner today. Since shark fins have absolutely no taste, as long as you can mimic the texture, it’s almost impossible for the typical mass to tell the fake shark fins from the genuine ones. This is completely vegan, ordered from a vegetarian restaurant in Hong Kong.
Here’s a green and vegan option for those who need shark fins. There’s always an alternative for everything. So, stay away from the sharks.
