I dropped by a local restaurant for a quick snack before going to the gym tonight. While I was waiting for my food, I looked around the place and found these preserved Chinese sausages and meat hanging from the ceiling. While the dripping oil (aka fat) and meat (aka scraps or livers) were stuck to the plastic bags, they stuck to my mind too. I was wondering how much damage these Chinese delicacies would do to the arteries and heart.
