There are always unwanted surprises and negative energy around us that don’t make life any easier. My life has been stressful the last four years and I’m constantly asking myself what I can do to make it more pleasant and fun. I started drafting a bucket list and making it happen, trying to stay away from people who made my life miserable and living a healthy, guilt-free and compassionate vegan lifestyle. It started going really well and I enjoyed it very much.
Then, the process and transition of moving to Hong Kong and working here have made it like a roller coaster. The ups and downs were not necessarily exciting and they made me feel more like I wanted to throw up after eating a hotdog and drinking a coke right before I got on the ride.
So I started asking the same question.
