White Sands International Film Festival will premiere “The Land of Space and Time” in Alamogordo, New Mexico on April 23, 2009 at Allen Theatres Cineplex 10.

Award winning filmmakers Michael Lennick and Shirley Guilliford will screen their latest epic, “The Land of Space and Time,” a documentary that spans more than 1,000 years to tell the anecdote and irony-laden tale of sky and space adventures launched from this enchanted land – New Mexico.

Brilliantly directed by Michael Lennick, “The Land of Space and Time” is a sophisticated and compelling story of the development of the United States Space Program, wherein the White Sands area had hosted many significant developments in the program. The film features locations such as Cloudcroft, Alamogordo, Holloman Air Force Base and the White Sands Missile Range.
