Thousands of people joined the Bataan Memorial Death March at the White Sands Missile Range every year. This is an event that honors the heroic service members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II, sacrificing their freedom, health and, in many cases, their very lives. I spoke to Cammy Montoya, Public Affairs Office of White Sands Missile Range last week. She gave us lots of good information about the history of the event, what type of hike it will be and how to be a part of this event. Watch the video here to find out more details!
