My unpleasant experience with the medical service provider, Rehabilitation and Occupational Medicine (ROM), can finally come to an end. I wrote about the follow-up I did with my insurance company CCMSI yesterday. After a few e-mails and phone calls, she helped me straighten things up. Of course ROM still haven’t contacted me directly, but at least the insurance agent got me the authorization to continue physical therapy.
A phone call from ROM or Delahoussaye (the doctor) to explain what has happened or an apology would have been appreciated. Obviously, they do not understand the “service” part of their profession.
