The three-day Holloman Air and Space Expo from 26-28 October 2007 in New Mexico has come to an end. This year, the X Prize Foundation joint force with Holloman Air Force Base to organize this event. It is the FIRST joint Air and Space X Prize Cup ever whereby teams competed for $2 million in prizes for the Northrop Grumman Lunar Lander Challenge.
I spent a few hours there and took some really good pictures of the event. I’d like to show some of them here now for those who are eager to see what the air show is about and will write more about it later.
First of all, the plane on the left is the one leaving Holloman AFB - the Stealth Fighter F-117. The one in the middle is the Raptor F-22, which will replace F117 soon. The last picture is the formation of all four planes that have been/will be on Holloman AFB - F-4, F-15, F-117 and F-22 (top to bottom).
Visit my blog later for other information and photos of the air show!

Thanks for visiting and don't forget to leave me comments!
